A hailstorm!

Wow.....!!!!
We just (as in 15 min ago) had the biggest hail storm I've seen in my life!
Ok ok, that's not saying much. I haven't seen that many. But still, it was pretty impressive!

The sky was overcast, but still quite bright. Within two minutes, it had changed. Drastically.

The rain was all of a sudden pouring down. I thought to myself..
"hmmm. Sounds like a bit of hail.."

Some 'bit'. :)

It's so you can see how big the hailstones are. =]They were actually quite pretty! They had sort of jagged edges,
and were clear on the outside, and white on the inside.

Another biggie.
I decided to check the radar... red/black is
uncommon around here, and where are we?
Right in the middle of the black spot!

Anyway, it was magnificent!
It occurred to me while the stones were clattering down the roof and thunder was booming,
I have a pretty awesome God... He's big enough to hurl the planets out into space, and to create the weather patterns and all we see around us. But He's also wise and caring enough to send His son, His only son to die for us, to see us where we are, and walk with us.
Yes, my God is awesome!
